Return/Exchange Policy & Guidelines

Return Policy

 

If you purchase a product from our website (www.moonziva.com) and there is a manufacturing defect or you did not like the product, you may return/exchange the product within 7 days subject to the conditions mentioned in the return policy.

Note- Please note that abused or physically damaged products will be refused. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be submitted to us within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise by filling up a return form.

  

You may initiate a return/exchange online by following the below-mentioned instructions-

  1. Fill out the online return form: Get RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by filling up the online form by clicking the “make return button” down below.

  2. Pack your item properly: Place your item back into the original manufacturer’s packaging. Be sure to pack it properly so your product won’t get damaged.

  3. Ship your item to our address: Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via an insured courier service with a tracking number. MoonZiva will not be responsible for lost packages.

Return Guidelines - Domestic Customers (India)

 

  1. We offer free return shipping on all domestic orders within 7 days of purchase. If you wish to make a return please click on the ‘Make Return’ button below.

  2. Any free add-on items must be returned as well or their full retail price will be deducted from the refund amount.

  3. Make sure to pack the items well and do not miss any part of them. Please also include all tags, warranty cards, packaging slips/invoices and accessories in the box while returning.

  4. All items returned must be in unused and original condition.

  5. As soon as the return is processed, we will refund the amount within 10 to 15 days.

  6. If any part or sub-part is missing from the product, the proportionate amount will get deducted from the refund amount.

  7. Seasonal discounts, coupons, or discounted products will not be eligible for returns. It will be replaced only on manufacturing defects.

  8. In case of any damage to the product/misuse detected by our team, then it will not be eligible for free returns and will be on a chargeable basis only. 

 

Discontented?

 

  1. If you are not satisfied with the color or quality, you may return it within 7 days by filling up the return form.

  2. Shipping damages - If the product bought by you gets damaged in transit, you may get the product exchanged or ask for a refund of the amount or get store credit by submitting pictures of the damaged product. Please note that in any of the above cases the damaged item will first need to be picked up by our delivery partner and handed back to us. 

  3. Only after receiving back and examining the damaged product thoroughly (for any mishandling), our team will issue the product exchange, refund or store credit, whatever you choose.

  4. We request you to get in touch with us at contact@moonziva.com with any clarifications regarding the product.

 

Return Guidelines - International Customers

 

​Please read the conditions below, if all the conditions are not met, MoonZiva reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 10% - 35% restocking fee depending upon the product. MoonZiva can only refund the original purchase price, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

  1. You may return your order within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. If you wish to make a return, please click on the “Make return” button below.

  2. All items returned must be in their new, unused and original condition.

  3. Any free add-on items must be returned as well or their full retail price will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Make sure to pack the items well and do not miss any part of them. Please also include all tags, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items, packaging slip/invoice and accessories in the box while returning.

  5. As soon as the return is processed (receive an inspection of the return items), we will credit your account within 10 to 15 business days or you may get the Gift Coupon (Store Credit) within 1 day of the same amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear in your account.

  6. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  7. If any part or sub-part is missing from the product, the proportionate amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

  8. Seasonal discounts, coupons, or discounted products will not be eligible for returns. It can be replaced only on manufacturing defects.

  9. Any damage to the product or misuse detected by our team will not be eligible for returns and will be on a chargeable basis only.

  10. Defected items may be returned or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

  11. In case of cancellation of the order, go to the “Contact Us” page → make a request → write your order number with the message.

  12. If the order is cancelled before the shipping of the package, MoonZiva will deduct payment gateway charges or bank charges which is up to 7% of the billing amount.

  13. If the order is cancelled after the shipping of the package, MoonZiva will deduct a minimum of 10% - 35% restocking fee depending upon the product.

  14. MoonZiva is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

  15. MoonZiva is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.

 

Exchange Policy

 

      Discontented?

 

  1. If you are not satisfied with the color, size, pattern and/or model of the product, you may get it exchanged within 7 days, please click on the “Make Return” button below. As soon as the return is processed (receive an inspection of the returned items), we will ship the new product.
    Note - The shipping cost of the returned product and the new product will be borne by the customer.

  2. Shipping damages/Manufacturing Defects - If the product bought by you gets damaged in transit or if there is a manufacturing defect, you may get the product exchanged, please click on the “Make Return” button below. Please note that in any of the above cases the damaged item will first need to be picked up by our delivery partner and handed back to us. 

  3. Only after receiving back and examining the damaged product thoroughly (for any mishandling), our team will issue the product exchange, refund or store credit, whatever you choose.

  4. We request you to get in touch with us at contact@moonziva.com with any clarifications regarding the product.

    Note -

  • The shipping cost of the returned product will be reimbursed to the customer. We will credit your account within 15 business days or you may get the gift coupon within one day (store credit) of the same amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear in your account.

  • The new product will be sent to you at no extra shipping charges.

  8. Defected items may be returned or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

  9. In case of cancellation of the order, go to the “Contact Us” page → make a request → write your order number with the message.
